We have found our second story for our news production. The story is going to be based on Hugh Lowe Farm located on the outskirts of Maidstone, and their award winning Strawberries. Hugh Lowe Farm have recently won the Taste of Kent award in the Soft Fruit category and our group feels that it would make a good story for our news production. We believe this because it ties in well to the category of news we are aiming to report on and that we can make a good news story out of it. This is not a hard hitting news story, but it can be classed as a soft news piece, which will be a nice balance compared to our other story about the planning of building at the Nightingale sanctuary.
