   Ruby and I have been to lodge hill to scout the area and see what we can do with filming there. When we got there, there was not a lot to film. The main reserve was a wooded area with some light seeping in, depending on the weather. There are some houses near by where we can get box pops or interviews from the residents as well, but overall there is not a lot we can film in the area. Our initial idea is to conduct the interview in the forest with an interview (if we can organise one) with some over footage of vox pops/interviews with locals. After some more preparation, we will be able to start our filming.

   After 2 weeks of no reply from the RSPB Medway group, we have decided to call them up to see if we can organise an interview or at least a statement from them. We spoke to them and we received a negative response. We were told by the individual that they would not like to give permission to authorise a statement or an interview as in there words because we are a part of the media, we would twist their words and make them look bad. Even though we got this response, they provided us with information on someone who could help us within the RSPB Medway group. We are currently trying to get more information about this person to see if we can contact them.
