Major Pre-Production Development and Research: How we will present our Pre-Production Package

   Mark and I have discussed and researched different ways to present our Pre-Production Plan. We have looked through many different ways for us to present our plan, the main outlet being published books but there was also an option to use an e-book. We looked through loads of different ways and companies so we could see every possible outlet and make a clear decision after knowing all the facts. After our researching, Mark and I have decided on presenting our plan in a bound book. A book would be the best way to present it in our opinion because it is a physical object, which we prefer to use rather than an e-book as that could easily be lost. Also the fact it is physical will appear more professional rather than an e-book or a PDF file.

   So as we have decided to create a book, we had to find a company that we could use to publish the book we would make. The company we have decided to use is 'Blurb'. They were the best choice in our opinion as the products they produce have a high standard in quality and style, while still having a professional feel about it. Another reason we have chosen 'Blurb' is because they provide software for us to have control over how the book is designed and laid out. This is a positive aspect for us as we can make the book exactly how we want it, rather than using pre made templates provided by the company. We are yet to look over how we want to design our Pre-Production Plan, but at the moment we are drawn to the idea of having the book be a standard sized book. We want to create a standard sized book as we want it to be big and noticeable, but at the same time it needs to remain a practical size for what its purpose is.
