   Most people on this project have hired professional actors for their films. Instead of this I have decided to use people I know to act instead. I have made this decision because I have put an advert out on callingcastpro.com but I have had no responses, so I have had to settle for people I know. I have also made this decision as I am not confident enough to work with professional people as I am still learning and would not feel comfortable to work with people who may judge me on how I do my job.

'The Journey' Ideas/Thoughts 20

   I have decided to change my editing idea for the scenes where the main character is getting ready. Instead of having 4 separate screens of him getting ready, I have decided to have 2 screens. I have made this decision for two reasons, the first being as I did not have enough footage for this sequence to last as long as I need it to be, and secondly as it will foreshadow his split personality while at the same time it is not too confusing for the audience to follow.

   Also there will be a part of the sequence where it will be focused on the girl in the photos for a period of time. I have decided to do this to highlight the importance of her to the story and self consciously let the audience to know of her importance to the story.
