For the title concept I came up with, I have decided to create some graphics to overlay over some filmed visuals. The concept is going to be similar to 'The X Factors' opening titles but instead of a flying X, it will be a flying light trail heading to the studios. The reason I have made this decision is to show how the programme is about news on social media that connects people together, and create a discussion/debate. I will also have filmed footage of people using electric devices and talking about what they are looking at. This is to imply the news on social networking sites and how people talk about them. I have found a tutorial on videocopilot.com that I am going to use to help myself learn how to create these graphics. Even though the concept sounds like a simple idea, this is going to be hard work to pull off but I am looking forward to the challenge.
