I have looked for locations to shoot the meeting place for my film. I have looked all round Maidstone for a suitable place to film and I came across a place in Brenchley Gardens, near Maidstone East train station. This place is perfect to film for these scenes because it is partially secluded from the rest of the world, which is pretty rare for a place in the centre of the middle of a busy town. There is also loads of plants and nature around as well, which gives off an essence of love as in many love stories flowers, plants, nature are all used in some way or another.
The seclusion of the area also adds the feeling of danger and foreshadows what is going to occur further on in the story. I can also use the dark areas behind the bench to reflect how the dark obsession inside of the main character which will also foreshadow the twist coming up further on in the film.
