I put up the idea that we should use 'Vines' to aid our promotion of the show. 'Vine' is a website/app that lets users post videos up on, but the videos can only last 6 seconds. 'Vine' may have only been around for 2 years, but it has blown up and become one of the main social media outlets used in America, and interest in it has started to grow over here in Britain as well.
The use of vines will work similar to teasers of the show, not giving too much away but growing attention to the show, building up excitement for it. I will be a part of the decision making with the 'Vines' the promo team makes for the future, as well as helping out with the shoot for it.
Good research re: Vines - needed to demonstrate how they are being used (if at all - which I am sure they are) for promotional and marketing/advertising as this is relevant to your own use of them for this project
