As I was unable to get a work placement, I have got a place working for a charity called 'The Friday People'. I am working on this placement with 2 other people and we are all going to work together to create separate videos for them mainly promotional videos a documentary piece. We are focusing on one of their programmes they have where they get young people and the elderly to socialise with one another and help each other out.
I am looking forward to this project as I feel like I can help make a difference with the charity, also this will be done as a professional not a student, so I can get to see how working as a professional is done. With all the problems I will face and how to overcome them as well as working to an employers standards, this will be a challenge and also a huge learning curve for myself.
