Digital News Production (Logo)

   Today I have created the logo for our news production. I decided to take this role as I have done art and graphic design in the past and because of my creative ability I felt I could create a good quality eye catching logo. Along with the help of Ruby we created this logo.

   We decided to simply have the initials of 'Kent Nature' with a leaf design I found online (royalty free). I feel that this is an unique eye catching logo with elements of simplicity too. I decide to not go too over board with it because looking at the logo for 'BBC' and 'ITV', they are very simple and professional. I have elements of that with the structure, but I have added some modern style to it also which I believe it will stand out. The simplicity of the curves on the shape and colours will show that our news is about nature, or something within that region, and the design will make it appear more modern.
