One area I found that I could improve on for this project is of preparation. I did not plan as much as I could have done with my previous project with planning which shots to take, how many takes should I do of each shot and also planning to film which scenes in which order. A lot of my filming was rushed as well as some of my editing which made the finished product a bit sloppy in places. If I had planned the shots I was going to take better, it would have been easier to film as well as creating a better finished product. But at the same time, some of my best shots from the trailer came from thinking of it while filming, this also happened whilst editing the finished product too. So the way I am planning to film my footage is to firstly film the shots I need to have, then film extra shots that I feel I might be able to use or would rather use instead. With the editing I will do it the same way I did with my last project, which was having a basic set idea then adding on to it as I go along. I feel that I work better this way as I don't have to fixate on a single idea and I can change it if it doesn't feel right, or just leave it as it is, whatever is best to make the finished project more successful.
